Recently the U.S. Navy has set an initiative to transform and modernize their submarine fleet, pledging to replace the current Ohio Class fleet with the new Columbia Class submarines. Enter Build Submarines, a recruitment and talent agency on a mission to connect and place engineers and builders across a network of more than 15,000 suppliers and contractors to aid in construction and manufacturing efforts.
With a new media campaign in the works, Build Submarines tapped us at Organic to completely redesign their online experience in an effort to address their users’ painpoints and more easily connect people with their employment goals.
